New Members

This is the men’s members page. For female member enquires please visit the Ladies page.

All new members are welcome at Camberwell Golf Club.

As a part of our club, members can obtain an official Golf Australia handicap, play in regular competitions on Monday, Thursday or Saturday and qualify to play the annual inter-club pennant matches in various divisions.

The club is fully licensed and offers some of Victoria’s most competitive bar prices. We also organise an annual excursion for a golfing weekend to Cobram/Barooga in November each year.

We have very competitive fees, especially as these include full registration and insurance coverage with Golf Victoria. We get to play on one of the best public golf courses in Australia.

How to join? Simply complete the application form on this website and lodge via email or post to our Secretary. The club can provide someone to nominate and second your application should that also be required.

In summary, you will become part of an exciting, progressive golf club and join a friendly team of golfing enthusiasts. We look forward to meeting you soon.

New members who do not have a Golf Australia handicap must submit three cards for their Australian handicap. They are not eligible to enter any club competitions until their handicap has been posted on Golf link. Golf Australia has adopted the USGA rolling sample method. This method uses the eight best scores from a player’s last 20 rounds. There is no time limit for these 20 rounds.

All cards must be handed in for processing by the Handicapper. Please refer to the Golf link website for your up-to-date handicap details.
